We are pleased to welcome Michelle O'Neill to the Township Board of Trustees! Trustee O'Neill was appointed on January 26th following a search process led by the Township. Her appointment replaces Wendy Mazer, who was elected to the Kalamazoo County Board of Commissioners last November and formally resigned as township trustee in December.
Trustee O'Neill has been a resident of Texas Township for six years and has applied her experience as a professional engineer by serving on the township's Road Committee since 2019. We are grateful to have Michelle serving in a larger capacity and welcome her contributions to the township. Trustee O'Neill will serve through the remainder of the term ending in November 2024.
