Approved easements from Longhorn Drive property owners.
Approved the Development Agreement between the Township and the Downtown Development Authority for construction of Longhorn Drive.
- Awarded the Longhorn Drive bid and approved a contract with Hoffman Brothers, contingent upon release of the RCKC permit, acquisition of required easements from property owners on the west side of the project area, and final approval of easements from property owners on the east side of the project area.
- Approved the Community Development Specialist position description and authorized the promotion of Bret Willis to Community Development Specialist effective January 1, 2026.
- Approved the FY26 employee compensation plan as presented.
