Texas Township is pleased to share the draft Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for fiscal years 2025–2030. The CIP is a strategic planning tool that outlines proposed investments in public infrastructure, facilities, and capital assets over the next six years. It reflects the Township’s commitment to maintaining and enhancing community services through responsible financial planning and prioritization.
The draft CIP includes proposed projects across a range of categories, including:
- Public safety and municipal services infrastructure
- Park development and recreational facilities
- Road and pathway improvements
- Stormwater and utility enhancements
- Facility upgrades and long-range planning initiatives
Community members are encouraged to review the draft and provide input. Your feedback is important in helping us align capital investments with community needs and long-term goals.
