Downtown Crosswalk Repair Project
Q Avenue & 8th Street Intersection
Start Date: Monday, September 16
- Project will include cutting and removal of damaged areas (all four crosswalks)
- Urethane cement will be applied to achieve clean and level surfaces
- Estimated time to complete will be six weeks
- Traffic control will be in place, however traffic flow will be maintained
- Expect periodic crosswalk closures for pedestrians as work commences
- Project cost is being funded by the Downtown Development Authority (DDA)
