Texas Township Seeks Superintendent
Texas Township is accepting applications for the position of Township Superintendent, a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing daily township operations and supporting the Township Board.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in public or business administration (master’s preferred), at least five years of municipal or public-sector leadership experience, and demonstrated experience working with an elected governing body. Knowledge of Michigan township operations, budgeting, and labor relations is essential.
The Superintendent manages township operations in accordance with Board policies and state law; supervises department heads and staff; prepares and administers the annual budget; ensures regulatory compliance; and represents the Township in community and intergovernmental matters.
