- Approved the 2025 Leaf Drop-off Program in partnership with Kalamazoo Landscape Supplies (KLS) starting October 24 – November 26.
- Approved acceptance of the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation Grant award in the amount of $21,852.00 for the Genesis Combi Tool, Genesis Ram, and accessories.
- Approved acceptance of the Department of Homeland Security Assistance to Firefighters Grant in the amount of $58,704.76 for the procurement of EMS Tech Rescue Gear.
- Approved tank and valve repairs on Tanker 1161for an amount of $11,945.93.
- Approved the low bid of $64,050 from Southwest Roofing for roof shingle replacement at the Fire Station.
- Authorized the Intergovernmental Agreement for Early Election Services between Kalamazoo County and Associated Municipalities.
- Approved the Lawn Maintenance and Snow Removal Services bid from Clark Logic Earth Works.
- Approved an agreement with Mall City Mechanical for HVAC Preventive Maintenance and Controls at Township Hall.
- Approved an agreement with Griffin Pest Solutions for general pest management services at Township Hall.
- Approved a one-year contract extension with Valeo Networks for managed IT services.
