Request for Proposals: Residential Assessing Inspection Services
The Charter Township of Texas is accepting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to conduct annual onsite residential assessing inspections, in accordance with State Tax Commission Guidelines. This includes inspection of approximately 1,180 residential parcels during the 2025 tax year.
Scope of work includes:
• Measuring and sketching all buildings in a parcel
• Photographing all sides of structures
• Proficiency with Apex Sketch, PivotPoint Field App, and BS&A required
Applicants must hold a current State Tax Commission Assessing Certification and have a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Proposal deadline: Wednesday, May 7 at 3:00 PM
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope or emailed to cstirton@texastownship.org with the subject line: Proposal for Assessing Services
Questions must be submitted by April 28 at 4:00 PM
