In an effort to increase reliability in the area, Consumers Energy is working on a line clearing project, which is estimated to begin in February. This involves trimming trees and brush in parts of the township, primarily along 12th Street. Residents should receive a postcard with additional information regarding their property prior to work starting and contact information for questions.
