- Accepted the 2025 Annual Planning Report.
- Approved the 5-Year Road Capital Improvement Plan and local road contract for 2026 with the Road Commission of Kalamazoo County.
- Approved the appointment of Bronson Healthcare’s Property Director, Greg Milliken, and Southwest Michigan First’s Riley Lukomski to serve on the Master Plan Steering Committee.
- Approved payment in the amount of $500,000 to Kalamazoo County Drain Commissioner for ongoing operational costs of the Crooked-Eagle Lake Level System.
- Approved the nomination of Mike Corfman to the Public Safety Committee.
