At the April 28, 2025 meeting, the Township Board will introduce Ordinance no. 379, entitled “Supplemental Regulations for Riparian Property,” at 6 PM, at Texas Township Hall.
This ordinance contains new language for riparian lots in the Township. The Ordinance may be accessed on the Township web page.
Public can make comments on the proposed language during the Public Comment section of the meeting or provide written comments to planner@texastownship.org.
